Jacqueline’s Story
Jacqueline is the Case Manager for our families in the Supportive Housing Program. Her case management experiences have encompassed; pre-trial/re-entry services, substance abuse prevention education, and working with chronically homeless families. She has worked as a Case Manager for The Montgomery County Department of Corrections, Housing Opportunities Commission and PA Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. Jacqueline has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Akron (Ohio.)
Jacqueline is passionate about helping others make positive life changes and build resiliency skills. “I truly enjoy working with my families and colleagues at The Dwelling Place.
