Jill’s Story
Jill has been part of The Dwelling Place since 2007. She has worked with the homeless community for the last thirty years, having previously held positions with Stepping Stones Shelter and the City of Gaithersburg’s Housing Counseling program. Jill holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Edinboro University of PA. Jill works with families from our housing program, serves as the lead for our program as pertains to the County’s Homeless Management Information System, and supervises the other case managers in the HIP (Housing First) program.
